About Me
“I know what it feels like to lose yourself in motherhood while trying to heal yourself in the process… That’s why I created a simple, proven system to help moms feel strong again; physically, mentally, and emotionally.”
Born and raised in Mississauga, Ontario . My journey with fitness began during high school when I joined various sports teams. Even throughout my post-secondary education, fitness remained a constant hobby of mine.
I know what it feels like to live in a cycle of anxiety, regret, and self-sabotage. In my early 20s, I chased fitness goals during the week, only to undo them with binge drinking and bad habits on the weekends.
Everything changed after I had my first son. Six months postpartum, I chose sobriety and decided to rebuild my life from the inside out. Through therapy, mindset work, and consistent small steps, I found strength and not just in my body, but in my mind and heart.
Now, I help moms do the same. My approach goes beyond just workouts and nutrition. It’s about healing the mindset and inner struggles that hold you back so you can finally feel strong, confident, and at peace with yourself.
