About Me
I hail from Mississauga, Ontario 🇨🇦, where I was born and raised. My journey with fitness began during high school when I joined various sports teams. Even throughout my post-secondary education, fitness remained a constant hobby of mine.
However, it wasn’t until 2022, following the birth of my first son, that I truly discovered my passion for fitness. Struggling with postpartum depression, I found myself navigating through relationship and addiction challenges. It was in September 2022 that I embraced sobriety, and fitness played a pivotal role in my recovery. Not only did it help me rebuild my physical strength, but it also became a cornerstone of my mental and emotional well-being.
